What is SkyLounge Service?

SkyLounge is a lounge service provided at Subang SkyPark Airport for comfort, convenience and relaxation for passenger(s) which enhances their travel experience. The service is provided by SkyLounge in collaboration with SKS Airways. The SkyLounge offers the following for you to relax and unwind before you proceed for your flight departure or upon your arrival at Subang SkyPark Airport. |

Where is SkyLounge located?
|
|
|
SkyLounge is located on the 1st Floor, above secret recipe at Subang Airport located near the main exit of the Airport where the Arrival and Departure Hall are situated. |

How can I purchase SkyLounge Service?
|
|
|
You can pre-purchase SkyLounge Service during the flight booking process through an option provided on www.trueair.my or walk-in at our Airport Ticket Counter. |

How much do I have to pay for SkyLounge service?
|
|
|
Online purchase at www.trueair.my : RM35 per passenger per usage (inclusive tax) Walk-in; purchase at our Airport Ticket Counter: RM50 per passenger per usage (inclusive tax). |

After I have purchased my flight, will I still be able to purchase SkyLounge?
|
|
|
Yes, you can. Go to, Manage My Booking at www.trueair.my or alternatively you can purchase at our Airport Ticket office. |

When and how advance can I purchase the SkyLounge Service?
|
|
|
You can purchase SkyLounge up to 2 hours before your flight departure date and time, through www.trueair.my , through Manage My booking and also at our Airport Ticket Counter. |

Proof of purchase to access SkyLounge?
|
|
|
In your travel itinerary, there will be a code displaying and amount purchased for SkyLounge. You would need to present your travel itinerary and boarding pass with you (soft or hard copy) as proof of purchase. |

Can I make any changes or cancel the SkyLounge that I have purchased?
|
|
|
Once your booking is confirmed it cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable. However, in the event you change your flight time and flight date (depending on your fare types) the booking of your SkyLounge will be reflected in your new flight itinerary. If you fail to travel on the flight booked, the booking of the lounge will lapse and not be substitutable for other flights. |

Can I purchase SkyLounge for my non-travelling guests?
|
|
|
Yes, you can but it would need to be purchased directly at Sky Lounge reception counter at RM75 per customer per usage. |

How soon can I enter and use the SkyLounge service?
|
|
|
Once your booking is confirmed, you may enter the SkyLounge within 3 hours prior to your scheduled flight departure time or within 3 hours upon arrival at Subang SkyPark Airport (depending on your flight sector purchased). You can use SkyLounge during operational hours from 6.00 a.m. until 8.00 p.m. |

Can I purchase SkyLounge service from any of SKS Airways Ticket Counter?
|
|
|
Yes, you can. Purchase is available for flights departing from or arriving to Subang SkyPark Airport only. The Sky Lounge is only available at Subang Skpark Airport. |

How do I enter the SkyLounge?
|
|
|
You need to show your identification document which includes MyKad, MyKid, passport or such other valid identification documentation, travel itinerary and boarding pass with you or your group (soft copy or hard copy) for SkyLounge to verify the proof of purchase. SkyLounge reserves the right to refuse entry in the event you do not have the required documentation as mentioned. |

Can I request refund due to SKS Airway’s flight cancellation?
|
|
|
Yes, you can. In the event of flight cancellation due to SKS Airway’s and you do not wish to take the next option on a scheduled flight, you would be entitled for a refund. Please email to customercare@sksairways.com . |
