Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible to maintain and track daily Flight Operations Voyage Report comments. Maintain and organize Flight Operations data filling.
- Tracking in and outgoing Head of Flight Operations correspondent, monitoring of Crew Member FTL/FDP limit as backup from OCC and other administrative tasks required by Head of Flight Operations. Responsible for maintaining FTL/FDP tracking as per Regulatory Requirements.

Job Description:
- Implementation of Safety Management System (SMS) within Flight Operations.
- Ensuring that Flight Operations conduct on safety and security meets or exceeds regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Managing and providing independent quality management within Flight Operations.
- Providing continuous safety enhancement initiatives to reduce safety risk to as low as reasonably practicable.

To ensure material or equipment readiness and obtained from the sources approved by SKS Airlines to meet and comply with the requirements to service the aircraft. Maintaining the airworthiness of the parts is mandatory in order to continue aircraft airworthiness required by CAAM. Raw and standard parts must be traced from the organization's ability to comply with CAD 8601.
Duties and responsibilities
- Perform incoming inspection of components including parts, tooling and equipment.
- Ensure the receiving parts and tooling meet the requirement such as certification issuance by the vendor, provided the materials come with the approved sources and meet the CAAM requirements compliance with CAD 8601 and MOE.
- Ensure the proper storage system as recognized by CAAM
- Storage must be well maintained and organized in accordance with CAAM requirements including bonded store, quarantine, and dope store.
- Responsible in store management - Store management shall organize with store procedure by updating the store procedure manual, implementing security and safety programs in accordance with Safety Management System by the company.
- Provide a report to maintain the data inventory and records of usage.
- Consumption report shall be submitted for management to review.
- Plan and execute stock count - Stock count will be held at least once in a year in order to finalize data inventory stock balance and submit the final data to the finance department for their records before closing the end year report.
- Provide logistics arrangement - Management of logistics for outgoing spares, tools or equipment to be dispatched out from the facilities for repair, warranty claim, support other station requirements and also put the logistics in top priority for AOG shipment whenever needed.

Ensure the regulations, policies, procedures and work processes are in line and follow security requirement binding with NCASP, NCASTP NCAQCP and AOSP.
This position reports to the Head of Aviation Security. The objective is to ensure the safeguarding of international civil aviation against acts of unlawful interference. The job's overall purpose is to ensure that all key responsibilities are implemented as local and international governing bodies require. The aviation industry remains a legitimate target in the eyes of terrorists. Security controls are applied to ensure that all SKS Airways flights start from a secure environment. Frequent quality control methodologies and investigation techniques are applied to evaluate adherence to standards and ensure quality control. Supervisory activities involve the AVSEC training requirement such as Basic AVSEC, Security Awareness, Bomb Threats, AVSEC Management, Profiling, Investigations and etc.

- Revising SOPs and Job Description for AVSEC Personnel.
- Monitoring any cases reported and investigation process.
- Monitoring and maintaining statistics for AVSEC records.

Responsibilities
- Assist developing the menu with Head of IFS, managing all menu, beverages, dry stores supplies, promotional and conceptual changes inflight to ensure all aligned with the agreed set basic standards, such as equipment usage, packing and service plan; and are communicated properly in a timely manner. He/she will work with the Cabin Crew Department, Inflight Service Delivery Team and caterers to deliver and execute the menu concept and catering proposition.
- Be accountable for formulating policies and procedures on Food & beverage planning and delivery and ensuring the safety of all F & B uplift meets SKS Airways, MOH, and international standard sets and in timely manners (OTP).
- Liaise and monitor closely with caterers for the compliance of airline set requirements and ensure the meals prepared for in-flight use are well balanced in terms of ingredients, cuisine selection and meet the nutritional requirements of our passengers.
- Engage with all concerned teams that the integrity of SKS Airways cabin safety policies and procedures for in-flight catering concepts are maintained at all times.
- Fully support IFS quality and safety outcomes including implementation and monitoring of the relevant safety, HACCP, JAKIM and quality activities and processes to ensure ongoing compliance with all regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and approved procedures.

The Brand Manager + Senior Copywriter will be responsible for creating compelling and effective copy that promotes SKSA brand across multiple channels, including advertising, marketing, social media, and customer communications. Job Purpose
Manager Operations Control Centre will be responsible for developing, leading, directing, overseeing and managing all aspects of the Operations Control Center while developing and maintaining effective relationships with the Management Team. MOCC will be the central authority to establish and modify policies for the operational control process and will be overall responsible for performance and delivery of the OCC.
Duties and Responsibilities
The MOCC is responsible to the HFO for the effective administration and overall management of company operations. MOCC responsibilities are as following:
- The effective administration, management, and standard of discipline through the development and promulgation of effective company policies and procedures under due consideration of national and international regulations to ensure the safe and efficient operations of all airplanes operated by the company.
- Establish and maintain effective communications link between the company and all relevant authorities concerning flight operations, keeping current on all legal national and international provisions relating to flight operations, and to advise all sections/departments concerned of important changes.
- Responsible for schedule planning on a regular basis to advise on the structure and content of current and planned flying programs, so that the most commercially viable and operational feasible program is established, ensuring most suitable and cost-effective routes are maintained.
- Investigations into matters pertaining to flight operations and reporting all irregularities to the HFO.
- Monitoring compliance, contents, and technical accuracy of Flight/Technical Publications with applicable standards and Air Regulations.
- Ensure to achieve operational safety and efficient operation of Company aircraft.
- Administer Flight Crew deployment activities to achieve a high standard of service and on-time departure within the guideline of company policies, procedure, and budget.
- Manage and engage other divisions in areas of fuel efficiency, On-Time Performance (Technical related), airport & airspace requirements – Overflight and navigational data billings verification.

Employment
The minimum requirements for employment as Flight Dispatcher are as follow:
- Shall be not less than 21 years of age.
- Certificate of Flight Operation Officers/Flight Dispatcher.
A certificate applicant shall meet the following CAAM requirements:
General
- Applicant shall be at least 21 years of age;
- Be able to read, speak, and understand the English language, or have an appropriate limitation placed on his certificate.
Knowledge Requirements
An applicant for a Flight Dispatcher certificate must pass a written test on:
- The regulations ICAO Doc. Annex 6 that apply to the duties of a Flight Dispatcher;
- The general system of collecting and disseminating weather information;
- Interpreting aviation weather reports, including abbreviations and symbols, as prescribed in ICAO Doc Annex 3. Meteorology.
- The fundamentals of meteorology as applied to aircraft operation, particularly as to:
- Surface and upper air weather maps and general characteristics of air masses, pressure systems and frontal systems, including their symbols and nomenclature;
- Cloud forms and their significance; and
- Icing, turbulence, thunderstorms, fog and low ceilings, winds aloft, pressure pattern flying, the influence of terrain on meteorological conditions, and general principles of forecasting and analysis
- Principles of aircraft navigation with particular respect to instrument operation and procedures;
- Communications facilities and procedures;
- Air navigation facilities and procedures; and
- Air traffic control procedures.
Note: A report of the test is sent to the applicant. A passing grade is evidence, for a period of 24 months after the date the test is given.
Experience Requirements
An applicant for a Flight Dispatcher certificate must present documentary evidence satisfactory to the Administrator that he has the experience prescribed in any one of the following paragraphs:
- A total of at least 2 of the 3 years before the date he applies in scheduled air carrier operation, scheduled military aviation operation, or other aircraft operation that the Administrator finds provides equivalent experience as:
- A pilot member of a flight crew;
- A flight radio operator or ground radio operator;
- A flight navigator;
- A meteorologist;
- Performing the duties of an aircraft Flight Dispatcher or his/her assistant; or
- Performing duties that the Administrator finds provide equivalent experience.
- A total of at least 2 of the 3 years before the date he applies, as an air route traffic controller or a certificated air traffic control tower operator.
- A total of at least 1 of the 2 years before the date he applies, as an assistant in dispatching scheduled air carrier aircraft performing the duties of an Flight Dispatcher under the direct supervision of a certificated Flight Dispatcher.
- Within 90 days before the date he applied, successful completion of a course of instruction approved by the Administrator as adequate for the training of a Flight Dispatcher.
- an applicant is entitled to credit any combination of experience in paragraph a), or paragraph a) and b), of this section, if the aggregate of that experience is at least 2 years.
Skill Requirements
An applicant for a Flight Dispatcher certificate must pass a practical test:
- With respect to any one type of aircraft used in air carrier operation, on:
- Weight and balance limitations;
- Performance operating limitations;
- Using cruise control charts;
- Fuel and oil capacities and rates of consumption; and
- Using the Operation Manual.
- On the characteristics of air routes and airports with particular reference to:
- Landing areas;
- Lighting facilities; and
- Approach and landing facilities and procedures.
- On the use and limitations of sensitive type altimeters;
- On applying available weather forecasts and reports to determine whether a flight can be made safely;
- On using the Airmen’s Guide and the Flight Information Manual;
- On dispatching and assisting a flight under adverse weather conditions;
- On emergency procedures.
Working conditions
Responsibility for informing the office in the event of ill health rests entirely with the Flight Dispatcher but this must be at the guidance of company or government appointed doctors. It is the Flight Dispatcher’s responsibility to inform the dispatch office as early as possible that replacement can be called without disrupting the office administration. Flight Dispatchers are reminded that their continued appointment in the company is dependent on their state of health and regular exercise is absolutely necessary to keep fit. They must accept the responsibility and take a proper amount of sleep and rest prior to each tour of duty.
The use of psychoactive substances by SKS AIRWAYS personnel is prohibited. Should a random test prove positive, the affected person will be prohibited from conducting any operational and safety critical duties A full and complete investigation shall be conducted by Corporate Safety together with Human Resource. The company will take appropriate action where it is identified that a person has problematic use of psychoactive substances.
- The Flight Dispatchers’ duty and rest hours shall be as follows: -
- A Flight Dispatcher shall not be on duty for more than 12 hours in 24 hours except for in the event of an ‘Emergency’.
- When he has been on duty for more than 12 hours in 24 hours, he shall be provided with a rest period of 8 hours before or after the hours of duty.
- He shall be free from any company duty for a period of 24 hours in a week.
- Duty for more than 12 hours in 24 hours provided that he is free from company duty for at least 8 hours in 24 hours.
